    Founder William Lynch brings a distinctive blend of operational and strategic experience across shipping, yachting, and international business. Having served aboard both commercial and private vessels, he combines hands-on technical understanding of bridge and engine room operations with the ability to translate innovation into practical impact.

    Holding a Master’s degree in International Business, William leads WPJL’s focus on AI-driven systems, automation, and next-generation maritime technologies. With partnerships across Europe and Asia, he works to connect operators, innovators, and strategic partners — ensuring new technologies are not only discovered, but successfully deployed.
